don't be cheap, keep in touch with loved ones, feel
the pull of memory, treat kindness as necessity,
function within your ideals, confront darkness with
light, turn away the sadness of disappointment,
move away from the past, allow potential to take
over, justify personal expectation, forget the ex-
pectation of others, welcome the subjective, res-
pect the objective, separate beauty and truth, give
up your love, take down your art, find inspiration
in others, marvel at completion, caress the unex-
pected, smile unto the unexplained, ask for help
when it is needed, but honour reciprocity, drive
your enemies away with sweet success and lack of
guile, portray a calm demeanor, embrace inherent
sadnesses, savour doubt, absolve yourself, take a
trip, find a friend with whom you can compete,
treat cynacism as the ultimate evil, recall youth and
pleasant hope, strive toward the goodhearted,
repay forever the kindnesses of the world, become
a smoke ring, blown from an old mouth, dispersing
in air, and i will be there.
